Gareth has been in the Fenestration Industry for over 45 years, during this time he has had many roles ranging from a qualified Glazier, Purchasing, Sales and Technical. Gareth is a skilled senior door and window technician with an in-depth knowledge of door and window manufacturing processes.
Gareth is a passionate Welshman who enjoys meeting new people whilst travelling up and down the country, he will also never turn down a brew!
In his personal time Gareth enjoys travelling the world with his lovely wife Sue.
Technical Services Engineer
Dan Miles has over 25 years of experience being fully qualified in all aspects of door and window testing. He is a Qualified risk assessor, first aider (Emergency first aid at work), and forklift truck driver.
Outside of work Dan enjoys Motocross and is an ex-amateur champion.

Billy has worked in the Fenestration Industry for an impressive 43 years and is highly skilled in uPVC window and door manufacturing processes.
A proud grandfather of two Billy keeps active by acting as Head Coach for his grandson's football team.
Test and Applications Engineer
Gary has been in the Fenestration Industry for almost 30 years and has spent an impressive 24 of those here at ASSA ABLOY! Gary has an all-around wealth of knowledge having worked in production, the R & D team running product testing before moving on to testing and applications.
As one of the leading manufacturers of door and window hardware, it is important that our products comply with the latest industry standards, that's why Gary sits on the technical committee meetings for both the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and the Council of Aluminium Building (CAB).
Outside of work, Gary enjoys watching live music particularly heavy metal and punk.
